Monasterium Laboratory is a dermatological research company specialized in preclinical skin, hair, pigmentation, neuroendocrinology, immunology, and wound healing research in the human system. Given the continuous expansion of our company, we are seeking a team-orientated, highly motivated and enthusiastic Office Assistant / Secretary (m/f/d) full time to join our team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibility will be to assist the Chief Scientific Officer and Team Leaders of Monasterium Laboratory in their day-to-day business.
The tasks required to be undertaken include:
- Independent, proactive and pragmatic support in day-to-day business
- Processing of internal and external correspondence in English and German
- Control and follow-up of appointments
- Organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings incl. preparation of minutes and meeting documents
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Organization and follow-up of business trips
- Organization of logistics and registration for conferences and trade shows
- Design of presentation documents and decision templates
- Reception and care of guests
Eligibility:
- Completed training as office clerk or a bachelor degree in business administration
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German (Company language: English)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Priority will be given to applicants with proven professional experience in a comparable function
- Background in health care organization or life science management is an advantage

Type of contract: Temporary with a possibility of extension, and eventually unlimited.
Salary: A competitive salary will be offered, along with performance-, and non-performance- based incentives (full training will be provided).
