Using ex vivo culture of human hair follicles and human full thickness skin, we characterize the microbiome and investigate the microbiome’s impact on hair and skin health, and whether compounds/drugs/formulations protect from dysbiosis.
Additionally, we can perform comparative analyses using patient material from lesional and non-lesional scalp, and healthy volunteers.
